The Velvet Cowgirl: Boudoir & Maternity Photographer – Buckeye, Arizona

By booking a session with The Velvet Cowgirl, you agree to the following terms.

A non-refundable retainer of $300 is required to secure your session date. Unless booking a special
The remaining balance is due 1 week before the session date.
Session fees cover time and talent only. Digital images and products are sold separately unless stated otherwise.

Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Photographer is not promised to have your desired new date available. NOT having your new preferred date is NOT grounds for a refund.
Cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the retainer. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the rare case The Velvet Cowgirl must cancel due to illness, emergency, or extreme weather, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made.

Boudoir and maternity sessions are conducted in a safe, respectful, and professional environment.
Only agreed-upon individuals may be present during the session.
Clients must be 18 years or older for boudoir sessions.
The Velvet Cowgirl reserves the right to end a session if boundaries are not respected. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

By booking, you acknowledge familiarity with The Velvet Cowgirl’s editing and posing style.
Image selection, editing, and final delivery are at the photographer’s discretion.
RAW/unedited images are not provided.

Images will be delivered within 48 hours via an online gallery. Though generally The Velvet Cowgirl does same day image reveals unless otherwise stated.
The Velvet Cowgirl does not guarantee delivery of every image taken during the session. The Velvet Cowgirl selects the best of the best images to present at your reveal.

All images are copyrighted by The Velvet Cowgirl.
Clients receive a personal-use license for printing and sharing.
Images may not be sold, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Client privacy is extremely important.
Images will not be shared publicly without written consent.
If consent is given, images may be used for portfolio, website, or social media purposes.
Client personal information is kept private and never sold or shared.

The Velvet Cowgirl is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control, including location limitations or technical failure.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the session.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required permissions or permits for chosen locations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, applicable in Buckeye, Arizona.

Booking a session confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
